Jennifer- Apparently you slept a little bit during Intro to Law 101. A judge’s job is not to make laws it is to interpret them in intent and in word. We do not need Social Activism from the bench. That is a trajectory that I can ensure you that people of your ilk would rally to stop so why start it? No go clip your Safety Pin Back On and find another 15 minutes of fame to latch on to.

The only reason I would use a safety pin is to poke someone like you in the eye. We need Judge’s to do what they believe is right under the law. What do Judges do when they “interpret”? Once they interpret, there is new law, no?
